Hard to tell exactly by the job listing what they need, but it looks like a gynecology practice is looking for someone to operate an echo machine and a bone density (DEXA) machine. Because it doesn't share what kind of certification you would need to do this job, if you think you would have an interest you have nothing to lose by calling/contacting them. Perhaps they are willing to train the right person.
